The biggest challenge that a blind cat will ever have to overcome, isn’t blindness. It’s us, people, and our lack of confidence in them and their abilities, and those abilities are amazing. Any animal that can turn a disability into an ability to live its life as cat, dog, dog, donkey or whatever, should, in my opinion, be labelled as Special, not Special Needs.
